[Bad Turkey]

I was ignoring a $10 hit in my queue because I didn't want to work on it but now that I do want to work on it the survey link is broken

I looked at that 7 dollar HIT. I didn't even think of doing it. It's apparently a company and not a university. A good strategy with such HITs is to be very weary. If TO indicates bad action, avoid them You have no ethics committee, chief researcher, school president, or board of regents to apply to for redress. In this case, if the requester is truly intractable, apply to his boss--or the company owner/CEO....And be aware--you can get a block doing this. You can also get someone fired.....which may be a useful strategy......best way to go? try one attempt at the requester--and let it go. My feeling is that 7 bucks is not worth the anxiety....or your time.

I totally agree with this. Problem is, when I panda'd this, I believe there was no TO on it, or it was within my acceptable parameters (can't remember). I use the color coding on HF as a guide and if it is red then I avoid altogether. Lesson learned to dig a little deeper.

I was excited about it too because it was my first survey of the day, and who doesn't like $7? Lol
