Did anybody else get a bunch of rejections on A9's this last batch, I know I may have done one or two wrong but not 81 of them

I submitted one (without the aid of a script) and pending, I tried using mturk radio keybind script and pressing keybinds would redirect to a blank worker page.
I'm no scripter but I cobbled together a keybind script and encountered the same behavior, even when clicking a radio button.
I guess what I am trying to say is something was fucked up :o

From another discussion, on another forum, other people are reporting rejections. I saw some reference to using a keybind script that submitted the pages blank.
