Had that issue yesterday. Restarting my router and laptop worked for me.

I just wanted to say that has happened to me before, I can't really pinpoint why but my best guess is that among the seas of PRE's sometimes when I refresh the page instead of submitting a HIT it must return it or something like that, because it locks me out as if I had returned a HIT.
