Prolific wants to be a contender to Amazon but it seems the site does not function that well or perhaps the challenge they offered to Amazon about being better about keeping out the unwanted ignited a few "problems". not a good thing to shout like that perhaps.

Prolific needs to add capacity. They have dealt with this in the past, too. I think they will eventually get it sorted out. Their site is growing and it has continued to become busier over there. Just frustrating when it takes them a while to respond when their site gets sluggish.

honestly crockpots are the best. although I need to just get a new one. I always get mine second hand and they only last for like a year so I need to just get a brand new one.

SOUS.VIDE.

My crockpot collects dust after my Sous Vide came on the scene. I'm defrosting chicken with it as we speak... then I'm going to break that chicken up into multiple bags, season, and cook THEM ALL AT ONCE! with zero mess.

Last night was super rare steak in the sous vide with a quick sear on the cast iron.
