All it takes is experience. Now you've got a better grasp of how to get there again. Sure quals help, but what matters most is you have the ability to make it work.

That's the typical block. There isn't much of a difference, just sometimes an email isn't sent. It does hurt your account, but no one really has a clear grasp of how many it takes to shut you down.
