One Doctor Theodor Gilbert Morel was his doctor, and "drugs" were involved in Hitler's life ... but I don't think were "determining" in his life and what he did. I'll find more about that in the book ("Hitler," by Joachim Fest) and get back to with with a little more info. Interesting topic.
