Rekogs have been broken since they put them up. I was able to get about 70 of them done earlier when they were working (albeit slowly), just keep checking em I guess and hope we get lucky.

OK, so I'm not crazy. I've never even tried those before (probably because I didn't have the quals or whatever)... but I accepted several today and nothing worked.
(I might be crazy but not on those grounds...)
