For some reason I thought it would be a huge hassle but I finally signed up for it a few weeks ago, and my account was approved last week. I'm guessing it's hit or miss just like Mturk, but in 7 days I had £35 approved and made the slow days suck a little less. So, thank you!

Prolific is making a bid to be better than mturk for survey's. They might be able to position themselves effectively. They can protect against bots = and so far, mturk hasn't said a thing officially about doing that (in the wake of recent allegations).

I have Prolific Assistant installed, but so far I've seen the surveys on my study page before that goes off.

I was going to do some transcription on scribie today, just to fill in, but now they want to pay 50 cents for the same 6 minutes that they had been paying $1 for.. I can't bring myself to do it.
