My husband's goal when he was doing it was 7cups of veggies/day ... he's coming off of it a little bit thank goodness and will eat legumes again :hungry:
I'm down about 15 pounds. I've been doing it about 3 weeks I think. I eat more meat than anything. Every now and then I'll have a small serving of carbs, but that's for my own sanity more than anything else. Or, what's left of it anyway.

I did this one. The bonus was delayed but the Req apologized for the delay in an email, so overall pretty good!

Hey that's awesome! Let us know how it all goes. Did your employer pay for CCNP prep courses? You could probably literally work anywhere with Cisco certs, sure you knew that lol
They paid for the voucher, but only for the first attempt. I was hired while already 2/3 toward the cert, so I didn't get to be as much of a leech :p
If I'm still with the company by the time I'm ready for CCIE-level stuff, they offer to pay for a partial lab, which is nice. I just need to convince them to pay my power bill too... lol

That would be maybe 2 cups spinach wilted down at breakfast with eggs, a 3-cup salad w/ avocado, chicken/eggs for lunch, and a broccoli bacon bowl for dinner

He definitely didn't hit that every day since he also does IF many days, but he ate more veggies on keto than I do in a 'normal' healthy diet
lol you don't wanna see what a 3 cup salad does to me, lol. i get so bloated my pants suddenly don't fit within ten minutes of eating it.

You'd like the book SuperFoods RX since you're talking about three of them right here: spinach, avocado, and broccoli.
