Is there nothing to do that isn't headache inducing? Still not too bad and runs at it's own speed. For the elderly inclined(or reclined, as may be). And yes, you have to remember unmemorable stuff.

Just grab the bb code and copy and paste.
I think almost everything for exporting directly to the forum is broken since we update forum software.
