Harvey: 'Unprecedented' flooding 'beyond anything experienced' inundates Houston area"

it seems like from the news articles it could potentially be getting worse instead of better, even though the hurricane was downgraded? hard to tell from what I'm seeing. I just hope you get clean water and a lot of sleep in case you need to go.
