tendinitis is getting really bad. my entire arm up to my shoulder feels like it's on fire. Gonna try wearing my brace again, but I can't use my special mouse with it. Anyone have any recommendations for helping it?

tendinitis is getting really bad. my entire arm up to my shoulder feels like it's on fire. Gonna try wearing my brace again, but I can't use my special mouse with it. Anyone have any recommendations for helping it?

idk if it will help you, but I made little like rests with rice in bags (like the kind you stick in the freezer to put on a booboo) and use them to elevate my elbows/wrists when they start getting all bonky. More for repetitive use injury than tendinitis, though I guess they might be the same thing-ish?

the only thing that's gonna fix it is surgery, but I'm not a doctor. sounds like more of carpal tunnel syndrome
