I think there biggest concern is what they call out in those red bullet points (numbers as letters etc).

Oh no! What happened?

I have flagstone stairs - narrow - and old - leading to the backyard. I fell. Prob. on a peach (we had hundreds). I twisted something in my right foot (didn't read the paperwork!) But they put me in a boot and are sending me to ortho. So, I'll get a cast hopefully tomorrow
