I got 9 bucks an hour AND if I complete the training modules in 6 months I get that 10 buck an hour they have been bragging about in the media paying their employees. BUT from my 2 days of training I have seen at least 3 "associates" that aren't makeing the 10 after 6 months cause they can't finish their "training" 'cause they are worked up front and no time to finish their shit

Honestly.... none of them lmao. Cashier is worst... especially overnight.... you gotta pick up the slack of other jobs' daytime slacking... facing shelves, cleaning... etc... it's like having multiple jobs, with the shittiest CSM b/c they've worked their way up- but the managers don't want them around people often.

I did electronics for a year while in school. Really easy job, a lot of down time. Smaller store though so it depends on the size of it. My complaint was that its boring... but its walmart so anything would be boring.
