The only time i tried attempting it was a few days ago and had the same error. I contacted them as well and when they posted it the next day i contacted them asking if there was anything in place preventing me from participating in it again and they said no.. This one today gave me the same errors. After closing the page waiting for a few and trying to click on the link again I got presented with a completion code, I was tempted to submit with that but again asked the requester and thats when i was told that i attempted it before and its a new game and they would delete my data and to try again with a different username and not my id..... makes sense i guess? lol
