BTC took a hit, and ETH sand further, dropping everyone this morning.

what sucks is that usually when the ETH/BTC drops, the /ETH rises, but that didnt' happen today

Which of these can I get for pennies that will increase in value to thousands of dollars?

xlm is like 22.3¢ each, xrp is like 33.1¢

trx is .024¢ each but the performance has been nothing but steady decline since jan - they have, however, recently bought bittorent/uttorent.

neo is $19.416 and ltc is $59.464 each, but you can exchange/trade for less than a full coin - minimum are usually 1/1000 of a BTC or for LTC 1/100 of a LTC
