to be honest, you can get them done in about 5 mins give or take, if you work fast and know what you are looking for etc.

The first time you do them you have to do some writing. Takes about ten or so minutes as long as you write as the video plays. Then after that they are easy. Just a few questions after the surgery plays. I don't mind doing them to fill the time.
