That got pretty intense all we were missing was carnitas and sprinkles!

Jalapeños and chorizo!

We make one at home with chorizo (The soft Mexican kind, not the Spanish style that slices....) cooked up, then mixed with salsa as the sauce, then Mexican blend cheeses, bell peppers, jalapenos, black olives on half... soooooooooo good.

Edit- I forgot the green onions!

My little one just came out (they were sent to bed.... but I'm kinda ignoring them playing b/c they're getting along and it's the last bit of summer....)
"Momma.... so.... what do grasshoppers eat?"
I tell her plants... gave examples like when they demolished the bushes in front of Meme's (bestie's momma's) house....etc....
