Is this safe to do?

I did tons of them about a year ago, fast approval, easy transcription. I got a rejection, followed by a nastygram block message. They have recently said that they realized that their criteria for blocking was not the right way to handle things, and that they weren't going to do that anymore. They don't reply to emails.

ETA: They don't allow unintelligibles, so I skipped everything I wasn't 100% sure of. Doing that though, means you have to listen to it twice, which isn't very cost effective.
