personally, therapy didn't work out for me, really didn't like the therapist
but it opened up the option for medication for me which has helped a bit
i've only been to one therapist so far though, i might look for another in the future

yep, the one i saw definitely wasn't for me. my biggest issue with her was that it seemed like she didn't want to listen to me which is kind of an issue considering she's a therapist

Play around w/it to find what works best for you. Maybe include UPC in search or try different databases. There's usually a mix of N/A and results. Not sure about rejections.

i mentioned it to my primary care physician, who basically said "alright call your insurance and ask them for a psychologist in the network" and he wrote me a generic referral
