Feel free to pass that luck this way. I've been looking for a better place to move to for six months now, and it's not going well. I'm super happy you guys found something better, though. That's got to be so exciting.

Portland, ME is getting so overrun with people from Boston and NYC that commute/Airbnb


They rent out places that are basically empty most of the time which causes rent to increase with the demand
