I got the email and the credit did not show up in cart, neither did the free shipping. I had to reregister 4 times because it was so buggy. I spent over an hour trying to get my order and still don't know if it went through. They have lots of bugs to work out.

Sorry to hear that I did try to warn everyone that it wasn't a quick lil zippity do dah $25 free for all. Very fiddly and time consuming (some more than others). Hope it works out for you.

Mine took a full 24 hours but I did get an e-mail. Also, I didn't realize the free shipping thing and accidentally pressed "go" too early, so I got $16 of free stuff instead of $25. Can't complain though!

There is no free S&H ... it's just a reimbursement policy (which we don't qualify for at this time since we didn't actually pay for S&H).

I know we sometimes jump head first into some of these type of offers that's why I tried to explain a bit further the other day in my posts - rather than just saying "who wants the $25 thingy".

You still got something for free ... so it works out in the end
