for those not in discord. Here's my haul

6 skeins of quince & co organic linen (168 yards each). 12.00; 4 skeins of fingerling weight wool (knitpicks). 8.00. and one skein of malabrigo - dk weight 2.00

Usually that linen is 9.50/skein; knitpicks - I don't know. about 10? skein; and the malabrigo is prob. about 15-20. So, I did great!

I couldn't believe it when I saw the tag! Usually I get a skein of something nice (but not a whole bunch). They had some rowan cotton, too - but I didn't really want it (I have enough dish towels .

And that malabrigo is going to be my new winter hat! Have you seen this site:

Frack! I forgot to pause my HC, while I was running errands. Surprisingly, I only caught three hits during that time, and one hit was still in queue with enough time for me to finish it. ?
