it can if you're replacing sugary drinks or alcohol with it! I used to make it which makes it cheaper. But I buy a bottle or two a week and it's just a good drink for when I cannot stand water another moment.

I started line dancing to the song The Fighter by Keith Urban at the outlet mall today while waiting in line for Rita's Ice! Boyfriend just laughed. I clearly haven't danced enough this weekend, despite the fact that i put in 30,000 steps yesterday and I'm already at 12,000 today.

Things I have learned about picking wild berries
If you see a bunch of wild berries in the middle of the bush, and you angle really, really carefully to get to it by teetering
on one foot
at least hold on to the colander that you are using as a bucket
1 berry is not worth a colander full of berries
falling hurts
plus
there is no way to tell if those stings are from the prickers or from ticks
until you get inside

Saw them for the first time a few weeks ago and he was in essentially complete darkness. He's always been at the back of the stage but he was barely even lit. Made the vocals even more ethereal. 10/10, would go again.
