For any HIT im not qualified for..how do i qualify for it ?

Well, for batches, they might have a qual test (mew is posting a few). You can search for qual hits (search qual). Other times, batches will appear w/o any qualification and if you try a few and do well, they might turn into a qual. If it's a survey for an academic, they might post a qual. Or amazon has quals that you can take to get into some hits (search for Amazon Mechanical Turk. These quals pay nothing, but just tell mturk what your sex is, for instance). That will open up some hits

I didn't do it because there is nothing for me to panic buy from the empty store shelves.

Actually there were very few questions about panics...or even picnics(which would be more fun believe me). You should catch it. It's all bubbles.
