Hi everyone! My account just got suspended (on my birthday, no less) and I honestly don't know why it happened. I'm an American, but I'm currently outside the states. I changed my location on my account when I left the states, so it doesn't still say I'm there. But MTurk is saying I violated the Participation Agreement. This was my only form of income, and they are saying they won't reverse the suspension. I also can't figure out how to make another account without deleting my Amazon account and making a new one.

What can I do? Thank you in advance for any advice!

Ugh... I can't stand that Andy requester. dude gives you a ten minute timer, then rejects your work if you complete the hit too fast. I watched the video and answered all the questions and still got rejected.

If yall are wondering why I'm always posting about usertesting.com, there are a lot of reasons. And one of the main ones is that they do a much better job than mturk of protecting people from scammers like the Andy requester. If someone gives me a 1-2 star on usertesting, its always reviewed by someone and the rating is reversed when they see that the client was trying to scam... I don't have to do anything. Even with broken tests, if I spend more than 2 minutes on it, they will pay me for that time.

mturk could actually do that. They have the money to do that. They just won't because they don't care about the workers.
