So seeing as my new phone has a ton more memory than my last one, anyone got any good apps I should get or any good games?

Polytopia is FANTASTIC, it's like a little battle game where you get to be these little fellas and go to war, but its cute. Hustle Castle and Fallout Shelter are both great games where you sorta "build" a castle/vault and have missions/ fights to go on, loot to collect, etc.

Also The Elder Scrolls mobile game is coming out soon and it looks liiiiiiiiit! Like forget you're sitting on the toilet for 2 hours b/c you're busy killing Dragaur in dungeons lit.
