I actually was just listening to the radio, a guy is a personality that is a friend of a friend and he did recently lose 125 lbs (he was massively obese), he was saying he did a 53 day water/pedialyte only fast and then 57 days of juices. He was doctor monitored, but jeez

It's really not a healthy way to lose weight. I lost 25 pounds in a week once when I had the flu, but I don't recommend it.
