It's not rich and sugary. But I like it (not as many calories - I hope!). I keep trying to be vegan and this is yet another effort in that direction :)

The NAME is crazy. I guess people don't know what Ripple was anymore, lol

Yayy! Another potential vegan! Have you tried almond milk? I love it more than regular milk! It probably makes it easier to transition if you're used to skim milk. It has a sweet taste....it just smells so great when you're cooking with it! I haven't tried Ripple yet.

Oh, yes. And I've made it (and oat milks and rice!). But I miss the natural sugars of milk. When I buy the nut milk alternatives, there is so much sugar. It's such a dilemma. I really love my morning coffee :).
