I'm kind of old, and slow to adopt tech. When I have tried some scrapers, they have been annoying with sounds and flashing and stuff. I have some of these tools, and if you all say I should use them and that they will make my life easier and better, that means I will have to work on mastering the tech and toning down what I find annoying. This is why I don't make enough money Turking. I will get there. Thank you for your help.

Understandable, I spent a few months without it and at first I found the transition uncomfortable and confusing, so I would just ease my way into using scripts trying to familiarize myself along the way. I can't imagine reaching my daily goals without at least the aid of MTS anymore. With it being summer and things getting slow it would be a good time to start learning without missing out on too much. Best of luck.

There are settings for all the noises and flashes. All mine are turned off unless I want it to alert me. The easiest to use would be MTS Suite (my opinion), it is more newbie friendly than the others and adds many great features. There is a little learning curve but you are already in the thick of it learning mturk too. Might as well use the tools that will maximize your efforts.
