I used to go to them all the time when I lived in Indy. Lots of fun. Interesting people.

The short ones (1-4 seconds) are 7 cents, the ones over 5 seconds are 25 cents. Naturally the smart ones of us learned to throw back anything over about 8-10 seconds.
