@Jharkan try The Dragonbone Chair series by Tad Williams if you haven't already. I've read the first two and they're amazing. I got the third book, but apparently there are 2 parts to the third book and I accidentally got the second one why would you not just call it book 3 and 4?!

Dragonbone chair ending was extremely anticlimactic. Tad Williams always messes up the endings (city of golden shadows was awesome til the end chapters). He develops incredible stories, but he doesn't know how to conclude them

Malazan book 1 was the worst. And after reading up to the end of book 3, book 1 improves.

My cat is the worst sometimes. I love him to death, but I wish his idea of playing was something other than sneaking up on people so he can pounce on them and bite them.

He's a lot more well-behaved than he was when I adopted him, so we're making progress. But it's still annoying.
