I've never used it so I can't say for sure, but I think it's supposed to track how long it took the reviewer to do the HIT.

I'm doing this HIT and it's taking way longer than TV say it takes.

Are the times in TV just what reviewers put in, or does the script record how long it take them?

if you have TVJS it'll track how long you spent on a HIT from when you opened it to when you submit it
