that would be good - sometimes I run one at 1 second and another at 4 or 5.
Honestly, I play around with them depending on w hat I'm aiming for (and even change them up during a batch if things aren't working out).
The only thing I can't/don't do is run them at the same time (that just gets me stuck)

From my understanding, it may be better to pick intervals that don't overlap. An example would be 2 and 5 seconds.

Edit: It's probably more honest to point out that I don't understand a whole lot.
