Daily threads could be more work focused but at the same time, when theres no work up, theres nothing left to do but post memes and gifs.

it's kinda like we are at an office, and when work is available we scurry off and work til no more work, then we run back here like a water cooler and shoot the shit or once in a while some highly intellectual scientific shit, then when work is up we run off again... we are kinda in a hell...

I voted that it is fine. people have the option of seeing hits only. And it seems to regulate itself, in other words, I notice more off topic chat at slower times. I have personally never been bothered by people being social.And at busy times the forum sort of naturally has more work related postings.

Same here! And during the busy times I barely have time to look on here. Like now...lol. I have a queue full.

Presently, we can choose to see just HITs posted, or everything that is posted. I think we need something in between: a "Relevance" choice so we could see just posted HITS and those posts dealing directly with HIT-related material (to the exclusion of discussions about pizza, children, yada yada).
