I have 12ms of ping and apparently thats not good enough to catch anything. I see some of you post a 50 cent HIT that says 100+ are available but it never popped up on my HIT finder whatsoever despite it not having any special quals, I'm not using any TO filters either. I'm confused.

Could be because I have a 7ms ping to the worker site. On a serious note, it's not like I catch everything either.
