I'm with you on most of those. The canned response is kind of iffy though. I know the "recall a time" prompts get tedious and repetitive but they are done for a specific reason. They're not really interested in your answers but in getting you to sit and think about whatever the specific stimuli is to get you in a certain mindset before beginning the relevant part of the study. A canned response kind of defeats that purpose.

No webcam because I don't have one. No phone calls because anxiety. I've uploaded a pic of me once before but only because they had a good TO. I'll download some apps on my phone depending on how scammy the requester seems. No Inquisit unless it's above $5. I'll give my email. A little bit of writing is okay, but generally below 500 characters unless it pays well. No receipts, ever.
