both. I listen to podcasts or live talk radio through my Amazon device while doing batches or waiting for tasks. When I get a survey, I mute it so I can give full concentration to the survey since there can be some reading for comprehension or attention checks that I need to be focused on finding as I do the survey.

I watch youtube.

I know a lot of people watch things but that just destroys my hourly.
I listen to music if it's a somewhat mindless batch but if it's heavy on writing or reading I need silence and focus.

I like those old radio mystery show apps on the Amazon device. Sometimes I watch cartoons on Netflix or Hulu or listen to weird new age music, but I have to mute everything for the surveys too.

Every now and then I might watch makeup videos on youtube if I'm doing a mindless batch or something.
