Just did a rebuild of my computer. Using windows 10. brand new board so doubt its the cmos battery. But anyway I am having an issue with hit timers starting at 1 minute. I changed Bios clock by 2 minutes with no results. I resynched windows clock on both windows server and govt server with no results. If i change the time manually by 1 minute it results in a 5 second delay. So the hit says 00:00 for 5 seconds then starts.
Is there a known fix for this because I am out of ideas here.

very well could be the cmos battery, don't let the fact of it being a new motherboard fool you. I would replace it
