it's normal. same with dogs. you think they're done, but they aren't.
pay attention if the mom cat seems to be ignoring one of the babies - it probably means that there is a defect in that one.
(keep in mind, that doesn't mean that you can't raise the kitten, and this isn't exactly normal anyway)

if you want to help feed the kittens, you can buy kitten formula at many pet stores, and bottles too.
the nipples will appear to be small - cut at your own risk (I did) and hold the kitten like a baby, at a 45 degree angle
you never want to give the baby too much milk, because if you do, it'll come out the nose, and the baby can potentially drown.
you have to feed slowly. that said, mom's going to be really hungry this week. treat her well.

I had a feral that was particularly fertile. Before she got TNR'd she had so many kittens that she would bring them out early for me to start feeding because she couldn't. She was so angry when she got caught in the trap to go to the vet. But after I picked her back up, kept her the required overnight and then released her the next morning she turned at me and gave me the most hateful look. But inside that look was another one in her eyes. They were saying "I know what you did and thank you so much!" She was grateful to never have to get PG again.
