Might I also add that you can make the hollandaise sauce, then take the whites and whip them up into clouds, bake those clouds, sprinkle them with chives, and THEN COVER THEM WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE.

This is a thing I used to make a lot when we were keto. It's good. It's a billion calories.

The USB cable for my Yeti mic stopped working for some reason I can't figure out. At least replacing the cable fixed it and was not an issue with the mic itself, so cheaper than having to replace it with a new mic.
