I couldn't get my status either. "No Payment Status Available", and I filed taxes for 2018. Apparently, lots of people are having trouble getting information on the site.

I want to do them but I'm not sure if it's considered a new group from the ones I did last week. I emailed them but never got an answer back :/

As long as they have current information on you (address) they will mail you a check. If you have current banking information on file with them, they will direct deposit. Tax debt is not an offset from what they are saying. "IRS liabilities won’t come out of the payments and even people who owe back taxes should get the full amount they qualify for." (As well the IRS tool is not functioning properly which is expected, so you might not show up)

I ran out of them, meaning, they were gone, last night, so I'm considering this a new group. I did this before, and had no rejections. Might be able to just look at the group number to compare? (Also, making sure not to do over the 60 limit each time.)
