I thought home cooking almost all of my meals would help me control my weight and maybe even lose some that the doctors, in all their stupid wisdom, put on me due to their "remedy" for a pain condition.

The other day I ran out of 1/2 1/2 for my coffee. I cannot drink it black. I did, however, have some left over heavy cream in the fridge from a recipe.

OMG.

That makes the coffee truly awesomer.

And now I'll get truly fatter if I keep having that evil shit in my refrigerator. I need to throw away all recipes that call for heavy cream.

And Happy Easter to all who celebrate! I have hella fattening stuff in my house right now as I am hosting the gathering and made allthegoodthings to eat. I have spent the last four days doing massive yard work so I earned a day of yummy Easter foodstuffs.
