No I'm talking about MTURK. If you have a block for something you are otherwise qualled for they give you the same message that you would get if you try to accept a hit that your not qualled for. He's either been blocked, which is likely considering the requester, or he lost his location or adult qual, or his approval fell below 97%.

I think she's saying that instead of blocking, they just change/place [dis]qualifications

quite frankly, I'd always rather be de-qualified than blocked

I think it might be another way to say you're blocked now. Someone else was talking about some other HITs where they had all the quals, but got that message when they tried to accept
