I got it around 5k approved and was on an mturk break at the time. I was super lucky!Bright side is they hand it out a lot more often than used to.
Seeing a lot of people these days get it in the 50k-100k range with 99.9% approval.
Of course those stats are no guarantee but it's more like the minimum you need to be to have a shot at it.
There are rare cases of people getting it at like 2k, 7k, or 20k HITs approved but those people got extremely lucky and were blessed by the holy Bezos.
