no..I told them to hold off because they ducked back on to their property when they saw me trying to record them...but I had to speak with a couple different departments to try to figure out if they were violating noise/nuisance or what ever....they said they would have to basically catch them in the act of riding on the roads with no helmet/lights/license etc....very frustrating...
