Yes I had weird lazy HITs that showed in my queue but when I clicked them they "submitted"

one did that to me, and the guy gave me a rejection.
I was like "listen buddy, I returned your HIT, check your records, I disqualified last week"
he was like, "yea, i see your ID in our records, but our system still shows that you submitted it and it didn't expire, so we have two options: pay you, or reject you. You didn't do the survey (since you were disqualified the last time) so we can't pay you."
I was like, "...I never submitted "

No, mine was supposed to have submitted, didn't, then did when I clicked on it from my queue. It was a google HIT so who can say with them anyway.
