i had some yesterday and it didn't help much. I still have prescript cough medicine from the doctor (I just had bronchitis two weeks ago) but left it at home. womp womp. so i'm stuck at my office without anything useful.

warm water, surprisingly good. In some clinical trials done when I was at uni, warm water came out better than all the OTC cough medicines or honey/lemon etc.

Spoonful of honey as well (as long as not diabetic and needing to watch sugar) When I get to where I am coughing so much my throat wants to continue coughing because it is so irritated, that is the only thing to stop it. Hope you feel better soon!!

Ah I see, it is probably more helpful in the early onset of a cough...I gave it to my kids last month when they started coughing and they both stopped within 24 hours so I'm all about it now haha
