You will receive points for each victim you rescue. In addition, you will also respond to a demographic questionnaire, and to a questionnaire regarding the strategies you used to rescue victims in the task. The study is open to those at least 18 years old, it takes about 60 minutes to complete. It will provide $6 of base payment and an average of $4 in bonus payment depending on your performance in the task (i.e., how many victims you rescue).
