Yes. You can also select the link and drag if you're using side-by side windows.

Nope. It's opt-in now, instead of opt-out. But if I remember correctly, they push it pretty hard in the HIT set up.

Someone with a requester account can go log in and check but I'm 99% sure they changed it to opt-in.

I've done 100 DCAP's. Think that's my limit for a new requester, but easy batch of the day if they approve.
